Rimouski, October 28  Launching the year

28 October 2022, Lucienne, Ursule, and Réjean, of Rimouski, Canada,, invite us to become aware of the call and the four main themes of the orientations that were retained at the General Chapter of July 2022.

The call

We are invited to cast our nets in order to gather, examine and deepen what will be our core mission for the next six years. We are called to discover the potential abilities that will help us grow further and move forward in the love of God who constantly guides us. Let us allow ourselves to become more human and humanize as Jesus did.

Become aware

We are invited to look at our world through the eyes of Jesus. Personally and as a community, let us be touched and transformed by Him; let us decide to act together despite our poverties, our vulnerabilities, our fears, our misunderstandings, and our reluctance/our hesitations. Let us be trustful and open to other realities happening all over the world.

To act

Let us be “prayerful and helpful as companions on the journey” with whatever means available to us.

It is quite a mission that we are called upon: to embody ourselves in this approach to an “integral ecology”. It is together, thanks to God’s love that we will get there.
