On June 23, 2015, Mr L’Abbé Édouard Beaubien left us. For more than 30 years he had exercised his ministry as chaplain at Kermaria, Three-Rivers (Quebec, Canada).
Presiding over the majority of the funerals of the Daughters of Jesus, he took particular care choosing a personal and meaningful Word of God. All through his ministry, his homilies were never improvised.
The Daughters of Jesus of Trois-Rivières is grateful to him for his service exercised with fidelity and affection.
Even if he left «suddenly» no doubt he had a presentiment of his approaching end and allowed his heart to express his intimate sentiments.
