Micheline Périneau, Sorenza Périneau-Etinof, and Clarisse Doulon, from Chateaudun, France, lay Associates of the Daughters of Jesus, spent a few days at the Motherhouse, Kermaria as volunteers. They tell us about their experience.
A warm welcome
As soon as we arrived in Kermaria, we received a warm welcome. We were eagerly awaited. We have been coming to the ‘Sainte Famille’, the unit for the elderly dependent, as volunteers and Associates for nine years.

We have been coming back for several years because it is a joy for us to participate in the life of the Congregation. We can bring joy, life and hope. It is the charism that has encouraged us to be among you.
Our role
Every day, we visit the Sisters and lay people at Sainte Famille: we take them for walks, go for a stroll in the park, take them to pray at the Saint Joseph Oratory and the grotto of Our Lady.

It is a time when we can listen to them, a time of mutual sharing.
Thank you
Thank you for the encounters we have had at the Sainte Famille and the cafeteria.

Thank you for the kindness we have received.
Thank you for all that we have received from one another.
Micheline Périneau, Sorenza Périneau-Etinof, and Clarisse Doulon,
