to live intensely

as Jesus did;

by welcoming every day

your Word of light and peace,

by relating to the people in my neighborhood

by giving birth and support to humanitarian projects,

through gestures of tenderness

and support to the poor, and continually striving

to «Honor Christ in His sacred Humanity»

Yes, Lord, may your Holy Spirit that abides in me,

make me an instrument of peace

in the spirit of the Beatitudes.
